Save 10%
First school in the district
The first school in any district to book receives 10% off the total cost. It applies once per district, to whichever school gets there first, and it applies to either event or the combination of both events. That's up to $400 in savings if purchasing both events!
A worked example
A Southern California school books both events on the same day. The 1st event is $1,600 (the Southern California rate) and the 2nd event adds $1,000, for $2,600 total before discounts. Booking both on the same day takes 10% off. If it is also the first school in that district to book, a second 10% comes off.

Get it funded. Reach out to the PTO, an education foundation grant, a Rotary club, or a single local business to cover the event.

Billing
How payment works
- No deposit. Nothing is required to hold your date.
- Invoiced after the date is confirmed, payable by school or district check, purchase order, or district ACH.
- Net 30 terms are standard, and most districts pay after the event has happened.
- W-9, vendor registration and PO references are handled on request without you having to chase them.
- Nothing is sold to students or families at any point. No raffles, no merchandise, no order forms.
